The following rates represent an indicative base for staying at the Piano Nobile of Palazzo Sinibaldo Fieschi, intended to provide a clear reference to the level of the experience from the outset.

The rates indicated should be understood as base rates. We remain available to evaluate customised solutions in the case of longer stays, different numbers of guests, or specific requirements.
The property is leased for tourist use in compliance with current Italian legislation. Pursuant to Law 431/1998, the lease is intended exclusively for tourism purposes for short-term stays.

Bedrooms
The three bedrooms of the residence have been designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The two double bedrooms offer spacious and bright environments, conceived to welcome couples in an elegant and quiet setting.
The third bedroom, equipped with two single beds, is ideal for families or groups of friends and also features a flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for moments of leisure.
The entire sleeping area can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, always maintaining excellent privacy between the spaces.
